Treat your pet to a luxurious bath. Our special and cleansing baths remove dirt, debris and that doggie pet odor - your pet will feel fresh and revitalized. If scratching is a problem, our medicated baths contain soothing agents that can help calm the itching. Services also include nail trim, ear cleaning and anal gland expression.

We maintain a supply of blood for cats and dogs in case of emergency. The blood is collected from donor pets that live with their owners and all blood is carefully screened for disease.

With some of the latest technology we are able to perform blood chemistries, complete blood counts and electrolytes here in the hospital in just minutes.

Pets are like our children - we feed, nurture and lavish attention on them. Our highly qualified kennel attendants do the same when you can't be there. We provide tender loving care and supervised individual outdoor playtime to keep them happy and active. We will also administer any needed medications or prescription diets.

Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasonic scaling to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity.

Our dental x-ray machine allows us to radiograph your pets teeth and check for damage below the gumline while we are doing a dental cleaning. This enables us to spot potential problem areas early and treat accordingly.

Digital radiology, or X-rays, help our veterinarians evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovasculcar (cardiopulmonary), gastrointestinal, reproductive and urinary systems. We offer state-of-the-art equipment to aid us in this aspect of your pet's diagnostics.

In any emergency, seconds count. Our experienced staff is backed up by our mobile resuscitation unit, stocked and equipped to administer the ABCs of basic life support - Airway, Breathing, Circulation/Cardiac compressions. Emergency care is offered during regular business hours. In addition, we use the services of a local, fully staffed emergency center.

We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field.

Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by the client.

We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. The time and effort invested in Wellness programs has rewards for both pets and owners. Our Wellness programs are designed specifically for your pet and include: comprehensive physical exam, internal parasite testing, heartworm and flea control, vaccination program, spay and neuter, and specialized blood tests for all life stages. See our Wellness Care Work-Up article for detailed information on bloodwork for senior pets.

The K-Laser provides laser therapy for a variety of ailments ranging from osteoarthritis, wounds and ligament sprains to hip displasia and post-orthopedic surgical recovery.  Photomodulation uses red and near-infrared wavelengths to increase circulation at the affected site to promote healing.  Give us a call or visit the K-Laser link under the education section for more information!

We offer the ResQ microchip which is easily recognized by scanners nationwide at shelters and animal hospitals. The ResQ Pet Tracking System is a safe and convenient ISO (International Organization for Standardization) -compliant microchip system designed to help reunite lost pets and their owners. ResQ is the first ISO-compliant microchip system for companion animals available in the United States and utilizes technology recommended by all major pet welfare organizations including the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).

Some pets require special food and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. Our trained and qualified staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active.

A digital reading of the pressure inside the eye. This test will let us know if your pet is suffering from Glaucoma.

Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care.

We offer the most advanced surgical technology. All patients are carefully screened for safety and anesthetics are specifically tailored to your pet. Surgical services and facilities include: board certified surgeon available for consultation; fully trained veterinary and technical staff to ensure the safest, most efficient state-of-the-art procedures for your pet; heated surgery tables for greater comfort; advanced sterilization techniques; ECG; doppler, and intensive after surgery care and full blood testing. In addition, our technicians carefully monitor your pet while sedated, repeatedly checking heart rate, respiratory rate and depth of anesthesia. You can rest assured that your pet will be top priority.

This non-invasive state-of-the-art technology uses sound waves to painlessly examine specific internal organs, primarily the heart and abdominal organs. Pregnancy exams are also available.
